This is 10 servings of vegetables. It is recommended you eat 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
It's not an easy thing to imagine. So I looked it up and had to see for myself. The government says 1 serving of green leafy veggies is a cup, one serving of raw or cooked veggies is 1/2 cup and apparently you can drink veggie juice but sometimes you just say "No! Can't go there".
