I shouldn't be so focused on my weight and yet I've noticed as I get older I am getting more squishy. Oh and the pounds seem to increase with age. I am overwhelmed with literature on the right foods, the right exercise and the right weight, blah blah blah blah blah .......Ultimately what is good for me? Or what is bad for me is whatever makes me happy and what I am willing to live with. I'm pretty sure I was happier at 130 lbs. I'm not unhappy at 144.7, but my pants are too tight.
